  • Availability and lead time: Typical lead time for initial consultations is 3–10 business days depending on project complexity and current workload. On-site visits in NJ, NY, PA, and CT may require additional coordination.

  • What to prepare: Bring or send any available drawings, site surveys, existing permit records, project timeline goals, and budget range. If you have lender or stakeholder requirements, include those documents as well.

  • What to expect in the first meeting: We will review scope and objectives, assess permitting and regulatory considerations, identify financing or cost-estimate needs, outline a phased plan, and agree on next steps and deliverables.

  • Fees and proposals: Initial consultations are assessed per our standard rate policy; we’ll confirm any consultation fee when you schedule. After the consultation, we provide a written proposal that details scope, schedule, deliverables, and fee structure.

  • Financing coordination: If you require lender coordination or construction financing assistance, notify us early so we can align cost estimates and phasing with financing milestones.

  • Communication and decision-making: Designate a primary point of contact and decision-maker to expedite approvals and keep the project on track.
